We will respond to your request within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time, we will notify you and may take up to 90 days total. You can make a verifiable consumer request up to twice within a 12-month period.

To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before responding to your request. We may:

• Ask you to confirm account information (email, name) that matches our records.
• Request additional information to verify your identity.
• Use a third-party verification service in some cases.

Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly.

For Student Data: Parents or guardians may submit requests regarding their child's information. Schools may also submit requests on behalf of students as authorized.
